1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pka67.com, downloading the pka67 app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of pka67 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held at that time.

3Account Management

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pka67 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your pka67 account balance within two minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to issues on the payment provider's side. pka67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed according to your current VIP tier. Standard members receive withdrawals within 24 hours. Gold and Platinum VIP members receive expedited processing. Diamond and Elite VIP members benefit from same-day and instant withdrawal processing respectively. All withdrawals are subject to a standard identity and payment verification check.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.
• pka67 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal restrictions linked to that bonus's wagering requirement may apply until the requirement is met.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pka67 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your pka67 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash at face value before wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on pka67 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or game type. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the pka67 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, odds changes, or market suspension are not valid.
• pka67 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football, esports, tennis and other sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — match result bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain rules and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are applied in accordance with the official ruling for that fixture.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults — will be corrected and bets placed on the erroneous odds may be voided. pka67 will communicate clearly in such cases.
• pka67 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets, particularly for players whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.
• All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with pka67 support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published on the platform.

For casino games — including slots, live casino tables, and game show formats — all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer activity streamed in real time. Game results are final once the relevant game round is complete.

7VIP Programme

The pka67 VIP Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier upon account creation. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all platform sections within the relevant qualification period.

• VIP points are awarded automatically on qualifying bets and wagers. The points rate per PKR wagered may vary between sports betting, slots, and live casino.
• Tier upgrades are assessed on a rolling basis. Meeting the threshold for a higher tier during a qualification period will result in an upgrade at the next assessment point.

• pka67 may, at its discretion, downgrade a player's VIP tier if the qualifying activity level is not maintained during a reassessment period.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pka67. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to interact with pka67 in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

12Account Termination

You may close your pka67 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your available balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

pka67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and pending winnings associated with the breach — may be forfeited in full. pka67 will communicate the reason for closure and, where permitted, the appeals process available to the affected player.

13Amendments to These Terms

pka67 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of pka67 following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance return.
